STEP ONE
READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE PROCEEDING
- Go to LifeWave.com/username
- Select the country where you reside
- Click JOIN (top right-hand corner)
- CHOOSE ENROLLER Enter your Sponsor/Enroller's I.D. # or Username. NOTE: You can select a different BP Sponsor. If you have felt unsupported by your current PC Sponsor due to a lack of communication and support, you have the option of selecting a new Sponsor at this time.
- Continue to follow the prompts.
- You will be asked to create a NEW Username & Password. You will receive a NEW LifeWave ID# indicating you're now a Brand Partner.
STEP TWO
HOW TO TERMINATE YOUR PREFERRED CUSTOMER ACCOUNT
- CANCEL your PC Monthly Subscription Order from your PC Back Office.
- Email OR phone Customer Support to terminate your PC account.
- EMAIL: customerservice@lifewave.com For the Subject Heading: PC Termination. In the body of the email type: "My name is _____ and my PC ID# is _______. Please terminate my Preferred Customer account effective immediately. Thank you."
